Claudio Spiewak

Born and raised in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, Claudio began playing the guitar at age of 11 and haven’t stopped since… His influences range from not only his native Brazilian music Samba and Bossa Nova but also Jazz, Latin, Flamenco and Pop/Rock, giving him a distinct and unique sound. Based in Miami, Florida, Claudio performs often in the local scene with his own group as well as with other musicians and he has also performed with a number of Brazilian, Latin and American artists in the U.S. With over 20 years of professional experience as a musician, Claudio has had the honor of working with a number of well known artists, including touring, recording and performing with artist such as Julio Iglesias, Shakira, Nestor Torres, Roberto Perera, Jimmy Smith, Bebel Gilberto, Tim Maia, Antonio Adolfo, Leo Gandelman, Elba Ramalho, Emilio Santiago, Daniela Mercury, Zeca Pagodinho, Cris Delano, among many others. In addition to that, he has performed for countless Fortune 500 corporate events.

 

Claudio is also a composer and music producer with several credits for his music on Television and advertising including, Discovery Channel, The Weather Channel, ABC, CNN, NBC, MTV, CNBC, BBC, TLC, OWN, Bravo among many others. In 2016, Claudio’s music was featured on the film “Mr. Church” with Eddie Murphy
